Great Plans Zoo & Delbridge Museum of Natural History

Sculpture Walk

“SculptureWalk is an exciting exhibit of over 55 sculptures displayed year-round from the Washington Pavilion to Falls Park in downtown Sioux Falls. The sculptures are owned by the artists and loaned to the exhibit for one year. From May through September, the public votes for its favorite sculpture, which is deemed the “People’s Choice Award.” That sculpture is purchased at the end of the exhibit year for the city’s permanent collection. Each year the exhibit will display new sculptures.”

“The bike trail system includes a 19-mile loop, as well as over 11 miles of spurs connecting neighborhoods to the main trail. Walk, jog, bike, or rollerblade your way along the Big Sioux River as it flows through Sioux Falls. The River Greenway offers a paved bike trail that winds through scenic urban and wildlife areas. The trails are maintained in the winter as well, so enjoy a nice crisp winter walk for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

Sioux Falls Trolley

“The old-fashioned style trolley that circles the main sights and streets recalls the horse-drawn streetcar that began serving Sioux Falls in 1887. It is a fun excursion for local and visitors alike. The friendly guides will point out highlights as you drive along, allowing passengers to get on and off at the various stops.
